2025年2月、高校2年生がオックスフォード・出版社の「Big Read 2024英語読書コンクール」において、佳作を受賞しました。 生徒は「シャーロック・ホームズの短編３編」を英語で読み、要約し、オリジナルデザインの作品を制作しました。彼女の作品は日本全国から集まった905人の生徒の中から選ばれ、オックスフォード・ビッグ・リードのホームページに掲載されています。

In February 2025, a high school 2nd grader received a certification of honorable mention for her work in the Oxford Publishing Company’s Big Read 2024 English Reading Competition. She read and summarized “Sherlock Holmes Short Stories” in English and created her original artwork. The student was chosen from 905 students throughout Japan for her excellent work, which is currently posted on the Oxford Big Read’s homepage.
